Logic models can be a useful tool for both program staff and evaluators to describe programs and connect activities with their intended outcomes and impacts. How do you engage stakeholders in the creation process and help them see the value of both creating and using a logic model to inform program decisions and evaluation activities?

Sharon Touw from the Institute for Community Health and Kelly Washburn from the MGH Center for Community Health Improvement will facilitate a conversation on logic models by bringing in both examples of end products and talking through the ways in which they have engaged diverse groups of stakeholders to participate in a logic modeling process and in using the logic model to guide program decisions.

As this is a roundtable format, we want to hear from you too! Feel free to bring your own experiences and examples of logic models you've created.

This roundtable is open to GBEN members only. Sign up here to become a member.

It will be located at the MGH Center for Community Health Improvement. To get to the HR Conference Room, take the elevator to the 6th floor and take an immediate left. At the end of the hallway, take a left and the room is the last door on the left. Coffee will be served.
